• Reservations require a $1/2 down deposit per room when used as a B&B (Contiental) The entire amount owed needs to be paid prior to arrival, 3-7 days ahead of time with a Credit Card. For whole house rentals we will send you an agreement, we want that sent back when you send the initial payment. The agreement explains what we expect and what you can expect fom us.WE want 1/2 down and the remaining 1/2 paid two weeks prior to arrival, by credit card. We are pretty easy to work with unless you abuse the property. Remember the property is about 143 years old, please respect it.

2009 Rates will basically stay the same as 2008,

• Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): $135-155 per night As a bed and breakfast.

• Weekends (Friday-Sunday): $345-395 for a 3 day, 2 night stay. Weekend lodgings require a 2 night paid stay as a bed and breakfast.

• Complete home rental for $1800 for a weekend, or $2800 for an entire week with a $500.00 Security Deposit, usually given back via credit to credit card with in 7 days of final stay date. The Inn sleeps 12 comfortably, however if you feel you may have more than 12 contact Kim to talk over the details. We will want to know the total amount, how many children, adults, and no pets. Please! If a complete home rental you will be asked to do a general cleaning on the last day. Guests are responsible for picking up your trash, doing your own dishes etc. We will do the bedding and towels. If you want to carry bedding down to the main floor after the last nights stay that would be greatly appreciated but not expected.

20% increase during holiday weeks in the summer of 4th of July, Christmas in July etc.

Check in is at 3:00PM (or by appointment), and checkout is at 11:00AM unless prior arrangements are made. We like to rent the home Sunday to Sunday. Doing it this way give you several days to get to know both Islands prior to a busy Friday, thus you can plan your busy weekend 3-5 days ahead of time. If need be we can talk about changing those days of arrival and departure. Friday to Friday is also acceptable.

• Two weeks cancellation notice is required prior to your scheduled check-in date. 45 days required if you have the complete home rented. Cancellations after that time will result in a charge equivalent to a one night stay as well as a $25 administrative fee. Whole house rental will result in a 50% retainer fee if not rented and prorated if the home is rented.

Off Season Rates, After Labor Day and prior to Memorial day we usually take off 20% from the peak season ratses. These are some of the prettiest nicest times but very seldom used.
